Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain things, such as perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as customized orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. We also do not take dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues about your particular item.
We are unable to accept returns for on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorized, your original payment method will be promptly returned within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
